DEPOSIT:

• The Hotel requires upon confirmation, one night deposit by Credit Card, in order to guarantee the reservation.  This deposit is refundable till 15^th of March 2012.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• For any cancellation till March 30^th 2012, one (1) night cancellation fee will apply.
• For any cancellation received between April 1^st and April 30^th 2012, two (2) nights cancellation fee will apply.
• For any cancellation received between May 1^st and May 15^th 2012, three (3) nights cancellation fee will apply.
• For any cancellation received between May 16^th and May 31^st 2012, four (4) nights cancellation fee will apply.
• For any cancellation received on and after June 1^st 2012 and for any non-show, the equivalent of the expected room revenue as per the nights booked on this reservation form, will be charged as cancellation fee.
